- Processing Admissions for Communities: When a new member joins a community this workflow adds them to the newsletter, relevant google groups, sends them an invite to our community platform and sends relevant comms to keep them engaged
- Reconciling Payments: Every time a new payment is made in stripe
- Opt in email flows: New members in a community receive introduction
- Introduction Agent: We built an agent that find members a new member in a community should meet, it ingest onboarding information, interviewer notes, and personal preferences to find members that would be excited to meet each other.
- Slack and Payment Bots Notification: Every time a new payment is created, admin is notified. Anytime a payment fails, the customer is sent email reminding them to update their payment.
- Mastermind Group Formation: We automated to creation of small groups. This workflow identifies members in a community who would be a good small group based on shared personal and professional interests. Gives the members an opt in and sends a email and google calendar invite for the group to meet up based on shared availability.
- Updating Newsletter Preferences: This workflow opts people in and out of communication preferences, we connected it to airtable, google groups, mailchimp, and an online application.
- Email Generation in Make: We used make and open Ai to populate a series of personalized emails for members in a private community
